System features

The digital picking system consists of mobile shelves, electronic tags, stacked roller conveyor lines, bar code readers, management and monitoring systems, with the following system features:

1) The electronic tag adopts advanced signal synthesis technology. The communication signal is mounted on the power waveform. The stainless steel guide light transmission power supply and data signal are used. The wiring only needs two cores. All the electronic tags are connected in parallel in one line and connected to the access box. , reducing wiring costs.

2) The maintenance of the system is simple. In the electronic label picking system, a zero-address electronic label is installed, which can monitor the operation of the entire DPS system in real time. When a fault occurs, the zero-address electronic label immediately displays the address of the faulty electronic label and the cause of the fault for the operator. Participate, when you need to replace the faulty electronic tag, you do not need to turn off the power, you can directly hot swap operation.

3) The stacking roller conveyor line provides sufficient buffering capacity. When a bin is blocked by a stopper in a sorting work area, the other parts are still operating normally. It can be easily docked with the production line.

4) Multiple picking work areas work in parallel.

5) After the bin enters the conveyor line, if there is no pick task in a certain work area, the information is automatically transferred to the next work area so that the picker can be prepared.
