1. Ensure that the equipment package meets the requirements of moisture, rain, rust, anti-corrosion and anti-vibration, and the label is clear and correct, so that the items are safely and timely delivered to the scene;

2. The engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, opening and testing of the field equipment. After the equipment is successfully debugged, the supplier shall provide the test results to the user in writing, and the supplier's technical personnel may evacuate the site after obtaining the user's consent;

3. Our company will patrol the inspection system as one of the routine maintenance work, that is, the company organizes inspections of the equipment running every six months. The company is mainly engaged in inspection engineering and technical personnel, with the participation of designers. And listen to the problems and suggestions reflected by the user maintenance personnel, and constantly improve the software and hardware functions and quality of the products;

4, lifetime maintenance, to ensure the interests of users. The equipment shall be under normal conditions (excluding damage caused by natural disasters and man-made) from the date of acceptance of the equipment, and the whole part shall be guaranteed for one year. Outside the warranty period, the company provides lifetime paid services;

5, to ensure that after receiving the user's fault call, rushed to the scene within 24 hours, other areas rushed to the scene within 48 hours, and solved the problem within 24 hours. The company maintenance center has a 24-hour telephone service, and the full-time engineer accepts the user's incoming calls, ensuring that the user receives technical support in time while using the equipment;

6. Warranty period: The warranty period of the equipment under the contract is 12 months after the successful installation and commissioning. During the warranty period (except for natural disasters and man-made damage), the components, component costs, and travel expenses shall be borne by the supplier;

7. Establish user profiles and improve product quality. In addition to conducting user technical consulting services, the company maintenance center is also responsible for accepting and collecting user complaints and consultation information, ensuring that problems and requirements raised by users can be processed in a timely manner, and tracking and verification of the processing situation. At the same time, the use of user records and records will be established to provide a basis for future product quality improvement;
